Hey there, I’m Arfina. I’m a comedian ,actor and writer producer working
and living in Toronto.

Arfina has been passionate about the Arts since childhood, writing everything from poetry to stage plays. She did her first stage play at the age of 8 in Paris and knew by then that she would be more attached to the stage than anywhere else. Even though she studied Cinema and Visual Art, the stage remained her favourite place to be. To her it is home. Her passion led her to travel the world (France, England, Comoros, Canada) to express humour, rage but most of all humanity.

From an early age, Arfina has always loved to make her friends laugh. It is therefore natural that she would be drawn to comedy. At the age of 14, she performed her very first stand up set. The audience received her comedy with such warmth and laughter that she knew she needed to do this again. Wanting to mix the Arts she plunged into cinematography and directed her first short film at 15 years old.

She was spotted by a casting agency during a French national comedic audition called "awakens your talent" (by Coca-Cola), she won the finals in Paris, signing with the agency where she continues to be represented. She graduated and enrolled in Cinema and Film studies at the Sorbonne university.

After obtaining her diploma she left France for England where she continued her filming career while remaining active performing on stage, 2 years later she flew to Canada where she decided to settle down. She now lives in Toronto where bilingualism is the norm, as is the cultural pallet for comedy in both French and English.
